Body Conditioning with Sandra
TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING = MONDAY 9.30 – 10.15am
This class will do exactly what it says – Total Body Conditioning. A variety of different training techniques will be used, but ALL with the same end goal. The class will burn fat, tone your muscles and improve cardiovascular fitness.
NO need to commit to a course – Just turn up. NO need to book for any of the classes. BOTH classes are suitable for ALL fitness levels. BOTH classes are 45 mins and JUST £4.50 per class. (Please note that the classes run during School Term Time only.)
