Counselling with Fiona
Fiona Baikie Counselling MBACP (Registered)
Offering one to one counselling to adults and teenagers through private practice.
With experience of working with adults and young people, I can offer you a safe space to explore your feelings without judgement. I can help facilitate change in your life and enable you to uncover and resolve any troubling issues.
I completed my training at a charity youth centre in Aylesbury and more recently have been working at the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) within the NHS. If you are a young person or parent concerned about their child, I can offer the support and safe environment that a young person needs to help with their often-difficult journey through life.
In addition to working with young people, I also have experience of working with adults. I can offer you professional support and empathy to explore the issues that you are having difficulty with. I have experience of dealing with a wide range of issues including depression, anxiety, self-harm, suicide ideation, aggression, anger, social phobia, bullying, trauma and relationship situations.
Alongside a colleague of mine, I can also offer small focus groups available for teenagers.
I am a qualified person-centred counsellor and a registered member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists.
