Polly says “I am a Sport and Exercise Therapist and a qualified Personal Trainer. I have recently returned from two years working in Australia and New Zealand within various fitness roles.
Fitness for health and prevention of injuries is a core aspect of my training and I recognise the importance of muscular balance, core stability and flexibility to help prevent injuries and aid recovery.
I love to encourage people to live healthier lives, through more active lifestyles, and help them to achieve this with my classes and Personal Training sessions.
