Yoga Classes with Anita

Iyengar Yoga – a dynamic yoga class to improve strength and flexibility. The postures work on all the systems of the body as well as teaching deep relaxation.

Classes are held on Tuesday mornings from 11.30am to 1pm and Thursday evenings from 7.30pm to 9.30pm.
