Classical Hatha Yoga Class
Experience the physical and mental release of this classical discipline. Improve strength and flexibility using traditional poses (asana); practice breath control (pranayama); use specific gaze points (drishti) to encourage a quietness within the body. This gives way to deep relaxation and develops awareness of the union of mind, body and spirit.
Suitable for all levels. Classes run on six weekly terms.
