Thame Barns Centre can offer you a variety of rooms for hire suitable for many events.
The peaceful, bright atmosphere of this converted farm with its white walls and beautiful beams lends itself to creative thinking and planning for our business clients. For information about our business packages please download the business pdf.
We offer free wifi, screens and flip chart stands for your use.
Discounts for local community groups are available – please ask about our Community Fund.

Unfortunately we cannot have ball games in the Barns Centre due to low lighting.
We do not do in house catering on Sundays.
We are pleased to say we have two EV Charging points installed at the Centre for your use.
‘The Quiet Room’ suitable for one to one meetings or up to 6 people, costs £10 per hour
‘Room 1’ is suitable for up to 20 people standing, costs £17 per hour
The Small Barn is suitable for up to 40 people standing, costs £22 per hour
The Large Barn is licensed for 100 people standing, costs £27/£32.40 per hour plus a one off cover charge of £30 for more than 50 people.
Adult party rate £32.40 per hour
The single hour charge for the Large Barn is £28.00
VAT is charged where applicable.
The Small Kitchen is equipped with a cooker, hob, sink, fridge and microwave. It is is available for making drinks and snacks, all users of the Centre share the use of this kitchen.
A fully equipped, large kitchen is available from which our fully-trained staff can provide a full catering service and bar.

We can offer various catering packages or leave you to bring in your own refreshments and make drinks in the Small Kitchen.
Catering options include:
Sandwich Package: £15 per head to include three servings of tea, coffee and biscuits and a sandwich and fruit/cake lunch served with fruit juice.
Buffet Package: £19 per head which includes three servings of tea, coffee and biscuits and the full finger buffet lunch served with fruit juice.
Our car park holds up to 34 vehicles and we are only a short stroll from the main car parks in the town.
Thame Barns Centre is adjacent to St Mary’s Church and can offer funeral receptions for up to 100 people.
If you would like us to catering for you we can offer the following:
To set up the room for you, a selection of freshly made sandwiches and cakes with tea, coffee and fruit juice at £14 per head.
To set up the room for you, a full finger buffet which includes:
Freshly made sandwiches, hot chicken sate, cocktail sausages, onion bhajis with tzatziki dip, mini vegetable quiches, crudities with dip, butterfly prawns served with tea, coffee and fruit juice at £17 per head.
Wine can be available on request.
Room hire varies from £16 to £24/£28.80 per hour depending on which room you request.
