Thame Barns Centre makes an ideal venue for many groups and activities, please take a look at those listed below.

Most classes run independently, if you could like to come along to one please contact the tutor.

50’s Plus Pilates Workout

Come along and join my lunchtime class!

This Pilates class is suitable for those with joint pain, back pain, mobility and balance issues.  It will help with your core strength, flexibility and general body awareness.

Gracenotes and Semiquavers baby and toddler groups

Gracenotes, for little ones who are not walking yet, and Semiquavers, for those who are, now meet together. A friendly group who meet on Thursday mornings at 10am during term time when mums, dads, carers bring their babies and toddlers along for fun playtime followed by singing and rhymes. Drinks are provided.

The Yin Yang Class

A fusion of Yoga, HIIT and Body Weight Training.

TUESDAY from 6.30pm to 7.30pm

We begin with Yoga Flows to warm up our bodies and come into the present moment.  Then we take up the intensity with HIIT rounds followed by Body Weight Training and finishing with a gentle Holistic Stretch.   This Class targets the whole body and mind to get you fit, fat burning and building a strong, toned body and a relaxed state of mind!
