50’s Plus Pilates Workout

Come along and join my lunchtime class!

This Pilates class is suitable for those with joint pain, back pain, mobility and balance issues.  It will help with your core strength, flexibility and general body awareness.

Gracenotes and Semiquavers baby and toddler groups

Gracenotes for little ones who are not walking yet, Semiquavers for those who are. Two large and friendly group who meets on Thursday mornings at 10am during term time when mums and dads bring their babies and toddlers along for rhymes with actions and songs followed by fun playtime with coffee and a chat for parents.

Thursdays in term time at 10am.

Maths and English Lessons

Maths and English Lessons on Tuesdays and Fridays in term time.

Kumon study aims to ensure that every child develops a love for learning. We offer maths and English programmes to help students of any age and ability to progress their skills and build key foundations for learning. Traditional maths and English tuition helps students progress, but Kumon goes one step further by helping each child develop self-learning skills, enabling them to tackle challenging work without reliance on a teacher.

Tea Dance – Fortnighly

The Yin Yang Class

A fusion of Yoga, HIIT and Body Weight Training.

STARTING TUESDAY 17th APRIL from 6.30pm to 7.30pm

We begin with Yoga Flows to warm up our bodies and come into the present moment.  Then we take up the intensity with HIIT rounds followed by Body Weight Training and finishing with a gentle Holistic Stretch.   This Class targets the whole body and mind to get you fit, fat burning and building a strong, toned body and a relaxed state of mind!
