50’s Plus Pilates Workout

Come along and join my lunchtime class!

This Pilates class is suitable for those with joint pain, back pain, mobility and balance issues.  It will help with your core strength, flexibility and general body awareness.

Adjustment to Motherhood Group

The PeriNatal Partnership - nurturing bump, baby & you

Are you experiencing the a challenging time after having a bay? Are you feeling low, anxious or overwhelmed? Do you lack confidence in your role as a mother?

This therapeutic group, facilitated by CBT therapists, involves an individual session, 9 group session and completes with a final individual session.

It provides the opportunity to meet other mums in a similar situation and teaches strategies to improve your experience of Motherhood.

Thursday evenings 7:15 to 9:15pm starting in June 2019

Everybody Sing!

Daytime (baby-friendly) Choir

Come along to two taster sessions, Tuesday 26 February and Tuesday 5 March 2019

From 10.30am to 11.30am – £3 per session

Come along to our daytime baby-friendly choir. We welcome any adults especially new parents, mums to be, grandparents, childminders and anyone else looking after a child of 12 months and under.

We are aiming to create a relaxed atmosphere where you can tend to your little ones as much as you need during the session.

A chance for you to meet new friends, have a cuppa and enjoy singing some well known contemporary songs. You may also find the singing helps soothe your baby.

No previous singing experience required and no need to read music.

Gracenotes and Semiquavers baby and toddler groups

Gracenotes, for little ones who are not walking yet, and Semiquavers, for those who are, now meet together. A friendly group who meet on Thursday mornings at 10am during term time when mums, dads, carers bring their babies and toddlers along for fun playtime followed by singing and rhymes. Drinks are provided.

Maths and English Lessons

Maths and English Lessons on Tuesdays and Fridays in term time.

Kumon study aims to ensure that every child develops a love for learning. We offer maths and English programmes to help students of any age and ability to progress their skills and build key foundations for learning. Traditional maths and English tuition helps students progress, but Kumon goes one step further by helping each child develop self-learning skills, enabling them to tackle challenging work without reliance on a teacher.

The Yin Yang Class

A fusion of Yoga, HIIT and Body Weight Training.

STARTING TUESDAY 17th APRIL from 6.30pm to 7.30pm

We begin with Yoga Flows to warm up our bodies and come into the present moment.  Then we take up the intensity with HIIT rounds followed by Body Weight Training and finishing with a gentle Holistic Stretch.   This Class targets the whole body and mind to get you fit, fat burning and building a strong, toned body and a relaxed state of mind!
